Short version: this website has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Unless an app says otherwise in its own section below and in its Google Play listing, our apps don't collect personal information either. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Who we are
Barnadhya (“we”, “us”) runs the website barnadhya.com and publishes apps under the developer name Barnadhya, including on Google Play. You can reach us at hello@barnadhya.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to barnadhya.com and to every app we publish. If an app needs any data to work, that app has its own section on this page and an accurate Data safety section in its Google Play listing. Where an app's section says something more specific, that section applies to the app.
Information we collect
When you visit this website
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Your theme choice. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
- We don't use analytics, advertising networks, social media pixels or tracking cookies.
When you email us
We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write in your message and attachments.
When you use our apps
Unless the app's own section says otherwise, our apps don't require an account and don't collect personal information. An app may store its settings and progress on your device. That data stays on the device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and give support.
- To keep our website and apps working, secure and free of bugs.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Barnadhya, such as our website host and email provider, and only as far as they need to provide that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or of Barnadhya.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request, then delete them. Our host keeps server logs for a limited period under its own retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@barnadhya.com.
- You can clear your theme choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- You can remove an app's on-device data by clearing its storage or uninstalling it.
We reply to privacy requests within 30 days.
Children
Our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. If an app is designed for children, its own section will explain how it complies with the rules that apply to children's apps.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Links to other sites
Our website and apps may link to other services, such as Google Play. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
App-specific sections
No apps have been published yet. When we publish one that handles any personal or sensitive data, its section will appear here.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also post a notice on this site or in the affected apps.
